Cleary is seeking energetic and motivated Foremen and Leadmen to take charge of the jobsite construction operations at our branch location to help turn our Client’s building dreams into reality.

Supervise and work alongside crew members constructing post-frame buildings. Safely perform tasks involving physical labor at building construction sites and operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. Additional responsibilities include safety and performance inspections, cleaning and preparing sites, digging trenches, setting support braces and clean up of rubble and debris.

REQUIREMENTS – ALL MUST BE MET TO QUALIFY

• At least three years prior post-frame construction experience required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to easily work at heights of up to 35′, and be able to work in inclement weather and other adverse conditions SAFELY!
• Must be able to work weekends and travel out of town as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• 21 or older required.
